Extreme Parenting

About the class

Baby Cardiyogalates is a combination of cardiovascular, yoga, and pilates exercise! This perfect workout will burn fat, increase energy, strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body, all while your babies socialize and play on the playground with friends. Children are welcome and encouraged to workout as well. Come try out a class for free this Thursday!

Class Format

8:30-9:15 am cardio

9-10 am yoga + pilates

Day and Time

tues & thursdays 8:30 am-10 am

Location

pines park, dana point

exit camino de estrella in san clemente

go west (towards the ocean)

r @ camino capistrano

park is on the l ~0.5 miles

from pch

head toward capistrano beach

go east on palisades drive

turn r on camino capistrano

park will be on the r ~0.5 miles

**We meet at the playground, however if you are late please call or txt as we sometimes travel around the neighborhood during cardio**

first class is FREE!!!

$30 for 6 classes

What to Bring

yoga mat or beach towel

stroller
razor/bike/skateboard for the older kids

water/snacks
