Since we are now doing Tuesday and Thursday classes, each day will have a new format.  
Tuesdays will now emphasize
 pilates and 
Thursdays will focus more on 
yoga.  Cardio will be included in both days, but now we will have 
more time to delve into each exercise.
Also, if you are looking for more 
cardio, we are starting an informal 
walking/jogging session before class at 
9 am.  For no additional fee.
